The water meter reading is reported to the water supply plant once a year.
The water supply plant sends the meter reading card for the customers during May-June.

Report the reading electronically via Kulutus-Web. The information is updated with a few days’ delay.

You can log into the Kulutus-Web service by entering the following:

• Number of consumption place/points (consumer number).
• Meter number.

The information is found in the meter reading card.
 

Kulutus-Web log-in view:

You may receive an error message upon saving the water meter reading.
If the notification refers to a significant change in your water consumption, we ask you to contact the customer service to review the consumption estimate.

You can also mail the reading card counterfoil to the water supply plant.

Why are meter readings important?

We update your information and submit a balancing bill on the basis of your water meter reading.

Your new annual consumption estimate is also based on the actual meter reading. The water meter operation should be monitored at other times as well, not merely to report the annual meter reading.
This way, you can discover, for example, hidden leaks in piping or toilets in good time.

Condominium Water Meters

Water meter readings of each terrace house or multi-storey building apartment do not need to be reported to the water supply plant.
The housing manager will report the main meter reading to the water supply plant.

Invoicing

Water and wastewater payments are invoiced on a quarterly basis in March, June, September and December.
Three of the invoices are estimated bills and the fourth one is a balance bill submitted in September, based on the meter reading.

The water supply unit payments are confirmed annually by the municipal council.
